Rapid Sports and Performance offers customized sports performance & injury prevention training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. We are excited about the opportunity to provide the onsite preseason training for all athletes trying out for the Alpharetta Soccer team.  

Alpharetta Soccer Pre-Season Conditioning.

Sample Topics Covered

Acceleration & speed mechanics (Form Running)

Improve first-step quickness in any direction

Increase foot speed, athletic balance & coordination

Increase change of direction efficiency

Develop core strength and endurance

Player Diet and Nutrition

Pre-Season Training Package

Start : Week of 12/02/08

Finish: Week of 01/12/09

16 sessions      (train 3 times a week)

Location:        Alpharetta High

SchoolDays:               Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays                                    

Times:             4:00- 5:00pm 

Cost: $150 per athlete     

*** Will not train holiday weeks of  12/22/08 & 12/29/08 

Payment must be received by 12/2/08.

To pay online

1.      Click on the payment tab

2.      Download Registration sheet & Wavier form fill out forms

3.      Click on Team Training button to pay

4.      Enter $150 in unit price box

5.      Fill out payment information and submit                                                 

6.      Bring AHS physical and consent forms and payment receipt with you to first training session                

Monday/Wednesday: Lifetime, 4-5pm
Tuesday/Thursday: AHS Stadium, 4-5:15pm
Friday: AHS Stadium, 4-5:15pm
Saturday: AHS Stadium, 12:30-1:45pm
 
Sessions run by Coach Andrew Zumwalte
Fees: $40/month to participate at Lifetime (plus membership fee.) This includes the workouts at the school as well.
         $20/month to participate at the school only.

We are going to be using Eteamz to communicate with families and players this year.

Please register with Eteamz in the name of your soccer player,  and give an e-mail address that you check often and give the phone number you would like to be called on if we need to contact you to let you know about last minute changes in practices or games.  

If you want more than one e-mail and/or phone number listed, just join for more than one member of your family.

Also please give your current mailing address, since we will also be using this for mailings.

Registering with Eteamz will also give you access to team information not available on the public portion of the website.
